Time!

Sitting in Your presence is so sweet. You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand, there are pleasures forevermore. I delight in Your Word. I choose to meditate on it day and night. Today, I let go of every motive, every burden, everything in and of myself. I long to wait on You, to dwell on who You are. You are beautiful. Who on earth can satisfy? It's You I need. More than anything or anyone, I need You. Apart from You, I can do nothing. Without You, I am nothing. Thank You for always waiting to sweep me away in Your love. You are always pursuing. Throughout the day, when I am convinced I have a million more important or pressing things to do...Thank You for chasing after me, for never giving up on me, for Your kindness that leads me to repentance. Thank You for the grace and discipline to carve out the time that You deserve. You are worthy. More than any other voice, I want to hear Yours. Lord, Your words are pure. Open my ears. Enlighten my eyes. Tune my heart. My soul rejoices in Your salvation. I trust in Your loving kindness. Guide me in Your truth. I long to see Your glory fill the earth, for Your kingdom to come. All that I am is in Your hands, and I am thankful to give it to You. In everything, all I can see is Your love. Thank You that Your love never fails. Thank You that Your love casts out all fear. Thank You that Your love allows me to give anything. Thank You that Your love enables me to show mercy. Thank You that Your love compels me to live a life worthy of the calling I have received. Thank You for being everything I want, everything my heart cries out for. Your love is life.
